On this day in herstory Judy was found dining at Romanoff's with Frank Sinatra and his fiance Juliet Prowse.
Sinatra and Garland had just finished filming a television special for CBS and Prowse was on the cusp of ending her engagement with Sinatra due to his demand that she retire from show business.
