On this day in herstory Judy Garland found herself 7 1/2 months pregnant and attending the Academy Awards nomination party at Romanoff's.
Judy was nominated in the best actress category for her work in A Star Is Born.
She is seen here with television's Sargeant Joe Friday, Jack Webb, and fellow nominee (Magnificent Obsession) Jane Wyman.
