A JUDY MOMENT
This week's A Judy Moment features one of Judy's standards, but this performance differs from all others as it includes the verse and an additional chorus. We'd like to dedicate it to Judy's daughter, Liza Minnelli, who marked her 66th birthday last week (Judy even makes a spoken dedication to Liza).

All this talk of GYPSY, and what some people thought was Judy's big lost Hollywood opportunity reminded me that Liza always gave the impression it was one of HER lost opportunities not to play the role on Broadway. This week marks the 43rd anniversary of what was to be Judy Garland's final appearance in a concert hall. The concert took place at Copenhagen's Falkoner Centret on March 25, 1969. Here are the overture and Judy's solos as recorded by Radio Denmark.

One of our members took some of the Judy's solos from her stint as Bob'Hope's house singer on his Pepsodent Show and remastered them.
