Here is a little gift from your friends over at the Yahoo version of TJGE.
This is from a 1939 Bob Hope Christmas show. Judy sings a full out version of Silent Night, and then, at Bob's request, leads the audience in a sing-a-long reprise of the song.
Judy's complete MSG concert from December 25, 1967 is currently available at the Yahoo version of The Judy Garland Experience:
As an added bonus both Tony Bennett and Lorna Luft performed at this concert.
Better hurry, these files will only be available for a short time. We need to make room for some new ultra rare material....

Because of the great generosity of the wonderful Gary Horrocks, the Yahoo version of TJGE will be giving away an additional three memberships to the based International as part of next week's anniversary festivities.
Gary has even donated a vintage special edition of the legendary Rainbow Review that I am sure some lucky recipient will treasure forever (see photo above).
Since Gary is being so generous, I am going to hold off on the membership that I was going to give away, but add another one to it, and use them both as prizes for another contest during the upcoming holidays.
So, in total we will be giving away five club memberships, a classic special edition of the Rainbow Review, and a copy of TJGE Swag Bag!
Not a bad bag 'o prizes, eh?

Here are some photographs of Judy Garland and Mark Herron that were taken during some of their mid 60's jaunts in Europe, Canda, and the United States (from The Tom Larro Collection).
Three tickets from three exciting professional events in Judy Garland's life (from the Charles Triplett Collection).
Somebody over at the Yahoo group requested that we post Judy's June 24, 1968 appearance on the Tonight Show.
So we did, but we went a little further and posted the concert she was plugging as well.
Along with Judy's interview with Johnny Carson, if you go over to the Yahoo group now you can hear her complete concert at New Jersey's Garden State Arts Center from June 25, 1968.
Here are some pictures from the press conference announcing the concert, Judy on the Tonight show, and Judy in concert at the Arts Center.
Oh yeah, and here is the link to hear the interview and concert:
Another rarity posted to the Yahoo experience this week is the soundtrack to a broadcast PSA that Judy Garland did with Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby in the mid forties.
Along with skits and sketches, there are songs galore, including a temperature raising rendition of Love that lifts the roof!
This week, Rock and Roll legend, Chuck Berry sits in for an exciting live set on WHERE JUDY PLAYED.
And if that isn't enough, the Queen Of Be Bop, Ms. Betty Carter makes her first appearance at The Judy Garland Experience, and is this weeks Sunday Morning Special.
Be sure to stop by the experience and sample these two great artist's work.

There has been a lot of talk this past week about the new Johnny Mercer documentary, and how Judy garland was his passion and his muse for most of his life.
For those that are interested here is a 1943 radio show featuring the two of them that I uploaded to yousendit:
