A JUDY MOMENT
Judy sings the Blues.
BING AND ROSIE Episode #63
Another offering in our adventure with Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney's 1960's daily radio show. This episode was originally broadcast on May 25, 1960.
DUET OF THE WEEK
Couldn't decide which version of Judy Garland and Liza Minnelli singing Don't Rain On My Parade to post, so I uploaded both of them. Think of this as a duet of duets.
ENCORE
I'm Still Here from Follies. Okay, maybe Yvonne DeCarlo doesn't have much of a voice, but you know she has been through everything Carlotta describes in this song, and you just can't help but believe her when she sings it.
JUDY AND LOUELLA 1948-1954
Per a request, here is a reposting of Judy's appearances on Louella Parsons radio program.
JUDY GARLAND IN CONCERT
Live At The Felt Forum, MSG, December 25, 1967.
JUDY TO THE RESCUE
Due to a family crisis, Bing Crosby was unable to host his radio show on October 30, 1952. Judy Garland, despite being pregnant out to there, stepped in at the last minute and gave a comfortable, giggly, and vocally sparkling performance. Along with a few familiar tunes, she also managed to sing a few popular songs of the day.
LADY ESTHER BLODGETT THEATER
presents INGRID BERGMAN in Strange Morning written and directed by Arch Oboler, and featuring a score by Gordon Jenkins. Originally broadcast on April 5, 1945.
