Per David price, "July 15, 1960 ... meeting a young fan during her press conference, which was held at EMI London's headquarters on Manchester Square. Judy announced her intention to get into the studio and record with Norrie Paramor conducting the orchestra and chorus. She was to remain in Britain [with some time spent on the Continent] until the end of the year.
The results of those sessions will be on the promised CD titled "The London Studio Recordings 1957-1964." According to First Hand Records web site that title is scheduled for October release."
